Please be advised that our billing system does not support partial payments. Kindly ensure that you remit the exact amount specified in the latest invoice to prevent any interruptions in service. If you opt for payment via bank transfer, please include either the invoice number or your account number in the description to enable our billi

Please be advised that our billing system does not support partial payments. Kindly ensure that you remit the exact amount specified in the latest invoice to prevent any interruptions in service. If you opt for payment via bank transfer, please include either the invoice number or your account number in the description to enable our billing system to automatically identify and confirm receipt of payment.

Kindly note that if payment for recurring invoices is not received by the due date, a late payment fee of $25 (Ex GST) will be applied. Additionally, if the payments remain unpaid for more than 60 days, our billing system will automatically suspend the attached services. We kindly request that payments be made promptly to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges.

Please be advised that if you are purchasing hardware from Divine Telecom or making a payment to the vendor via Divine Telecom, payment must be cleared within 7 days of the invoice being generated. Failure to do so may result in the addition of a late payment fee equivalent to 5% of the total invoice value, as per our policy.

Please be aware that services which are suspended may incur a Service Restoration Charge of $50 (Ex GST) for each service. These charges are mostly from our carrier and cannot be waived.

Please note that upon receiving a port-out request, we diligently adhere to the specified due dates. Failure to settle payment by the due date will result in automatic suspension of services by our billing system. We also hold all the rights to reject the port-out request if the accounts are not cleared with Divine Telecom, as per the guidelines.
