Welcome to Divine Telecom! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By subscribing to and using Divine Telecom services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided:

Divine Telecom offers IT & ITeS services as per the service plans selected by the customer. Service availability and speed are subject to network limitations and the customer's location.

3. User Responsibilities:

Users must ensure that their use of Divine Telecom services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Payment Terms:

Monthly service charges are due in advance and must be paid by the due date specified on the invoice.

Late payments may result in service interruption and additional fees.

5. Hardware Repayment:

If the customer has purchased hardware (e.g., Routers, IP Phones or Mobile Phones) on a repayment plan, the repayment must continue as per the agreed schedule. Early termination of services requires full repayment of the remaining balance.

6. Service Modifications:

Divine Telecom reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant changes.

7. Cancellation and Termination:

Customers wishing to cancel their services must provide a minimum of 30 days' advance notice.

To cancel all services, any outstanding hardware repayment must be cleared in full.

Divine Telecom may terminate services without notice for violations of these terms, non-payment, or any illegal activity.

8. Liability Limitation:

Divine Telecom is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Privacy Policy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Divine Telecom operates.

11. Amendments:

Divine Telecom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
